Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility depends on the service purchased, deliverables completed, and timing of the request. Services that include digital delivery, bespoke editorial work, or completed design may be partially or fully non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at publishdirectbilling@gmail.com with your order details and reason.
  2. Provide any relevant files or communications to help review your request.
  3. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and aim to resolve within 14 business days.

Partial Refunds

When work has been partially delivered, we may offer a partial refund proportionate to the uncompleted portion of the services.

Non-Refundable Items

Fees for completed custom design, editorial work delivered as final files, or costs incurred with third-party vendors (for example, ISBN fees or paid distribution) may be non-refundable.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we will respond to that claim with supporting documentation. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in service suspension.
